Stacked is hands down one of the best breakfast spots I've ever been to! The service here is always so pleasant--everyone is welcoming and genuinely friendly, which makes the experience that much better. I've tried something new every time I've visited, and everything has been amazing. But the pancakes? Absolutely to die for! They're fluffy, flavorful, and honestly the best I've ever had. No matter what else I order, I always end up coming back to those pancakes--they're just that good. I went with two friends, one had an omelette, the other, a skillet. I had the corned beef hash with eggs over easy and a side of bacon. The guys loved their food. I love a good corned beef hash, and this place is as good as I've ever had it. I would go again just for this. Service is top notch and the restaurant is clean. I recommend this restaurant.
This is a nice place! We went for my sisters birthday! Everything was delicious. It was a little bit of a wait. There were three of us. We arrived Saturday morning at around 11:30am and waited for about 40 minutes. . The lemon blueberry pancakes were so good! I will be back!
Been here a few times. Place has great breakfast. Only place that cooked my steak skillet the RIGHT way. p.s. *there might be a time where u think it's just "ok". Nothing's perfect ..try it again. Thank me later
Great place for breakfast. The food is amazing and the staff has never let us down. We go when he are in the area. Large parking lot behind building helps, also close to the metra. Prices are far and it just a nice overall place
Delicious food. Ole skillet with chicken chorizo and meat lovers omelette. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Busy day but there was no wait. The flavor of our meal was delicious. I would recommend to try skillet or omelet. See you on the next visit.
What can I say about good ol' Stacked? It's been a while since I dined in, before my most recent visit. A friend of mine and I were catching up and wanted to find good spots in the Oak Lawn area. Let's start with location. There are two locations but this one is a big closer to home, which I love because I can pop in a bit often. They establishment opened up more space in the dining area which I love because it can get pretty crowded in there. The parking is terrible! I would say get there early but this place is packed open to close. You are not able to make reservations, but the wait time wasn't that bad. Upside to things, they now have a waiting area. So no more waiting outside or in your car. When I arrived at 10am I was quoted 20-25 mins for a table for two and was sat at about 20 min. I noticed that there was a 90 minute table limit, and my friend was running a bit late, so I mentioned this to the host and server. Both were extremely accommodating and told me not to worry and allowed me to sit and wait. Stacked added mimosas, beer, and other cocktails to their menu which was another plus for me. Although I didn't order a drink, it was nice to know that I now have this option. The server was more than attentive. She was funny, fast, and busy with other tables, yet this didn't stop her from coming to our table to check on things. I ordered a veggie omelet with avocado, wheat toast, and fresh pressed orange juice. All of it was amazing, o almost forgot how great the food is. I will definitely be back for breakfast soon!
